We’ve got seven agencies confirming the cut off date as April 5th. I believe that calls for an R5.

I do not see any agencies saying when they expect referrals to arrive.
We are so very excited knowing that our daughter has been matched to our family! Now, the difficult part is waiting for that phone call!
